Bacon’s has an article called “How To Write Killer Blog Posts And More Compelling Comments“.
It’s a very good article, well worth a read…

Some tips for better blogging…
Firefox Tips
Having left IE some time ago for Firefox (and never looked back) I found this page very helpful. Still, I managed to miss this one, and it’s great:
You can use “/” to search, via the “Find As You Type” search! Just hit the “/” key and you get the search dialog, in focus, type in your term and it finds the result… just like vi!
Yeah, I know it’s an old feature, but it’s new to me… 🙂
A Scanner Darkly
Whoa. I am already drooling over this one. Richard Linklater applying the Flat Black animation to a Philip K. Dick story? I’m already in line.
Check out the trailer for A Scanner Darkly.
Calling all Law Students – A Quick Survey
I’m just curious (I’m having issues with my school’s computing support). How many of your schools offer:
1. Wired network access in the classroom?
2. Wireless network access?
3. If they offer wireless network access, how do you authenticate? (If you know.)
Thanks!
Hunter S. Thompson: R.I.P.
Hunter S. Thompson is dead at the age of 67. Thompson was a lot older at 67 than most at that age… I think it’s fair to say he lead a full life.
Scent of a Robot
Wow. If you haven’t seen Scent of a Robot then I suggest you check it out, posthaste. Not only is it an infectiously catchy song, it’s got an incredibly well done video. I haven’t seen a video this good, well, since the days when MTV actually used to show videos!
Should bloggers accept free stuff?
Ernie the Attorney asks the burning question on every blogger’s mind these days, “Should bloggers accept free stuff?”
There’s only one answer to that: back up the truck, baby, papa needs some schwag!! 🙂
Grokster
The Supreme Court is going to hear the case of MGM Studios, Inc. v. Grokster, Ltd. in March (right around my birthday!). This is a big deal; the case will have a huge impact on copyright and the idea of “contributory infringement”. I would love to go to D.C. and hear this argument.

Griffin Scott
Welcome into the world Griffin Scott F., the new baby son of my friends Kim and Dusty. Weighing in at 8lbs. 11 oz. he was born after 30 hours of labor! Yipes! I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting him yet, but his father tells me he was born with a full head of dark hair.
